- Express Shipping: For urgent orders, we provide express shipping, which guarantees delivery within 1 business day (depending on availability and location).
- International Shipping: We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and fees vary depending on the destination.
Shipping costs for each method will be calculated during checkout, based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the shipping method, the size and weight of the items in your order, and the delivery address. The shipping cost will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.
We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount (e.g., $100). The free shipping threshold will be displayed during checkout if applicable.
Please note that any customs duties or taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Processing Time

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

If you have not received your tracking number within 3 business days after placing your order, please contact us to inquire about your shipment.

Currently, we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange a reshipment or provide a refund. Reshipment charges will be applied to orders with undeliverable packages, and a refund will only be issued if we cannot successfully ship the package after multiple attempts.
